Featuring the Viper Demo Team’s new 2025 Plane Colors! For the first time in 10 years don’t miss the USAF F-16 Viper demonstration. The Air Force’s F- 16C Fighting Falcon will appear at the California International Airshow. The primary weapons system of the 20th Fighter wing, the Lockheed-Martin F-16C Fighting Falcon Block 50 model is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in more than 30 years of operations including air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack. The F-16 provides a relatively low-cost, high performance weapon system for the United States Air Force. In an air-to-surface role, the F-16 can fly more than 500 miles, deliver its weapons with superior accuracy, defend itself against enemy aircraft, and return to its starting point. The F-16 has a range of 1700 miles and is powered by two high performance engines delivering over 29,000 pounds of thrust in afterburner and can reach a speed of 1500MPH (Mach 2 at altitude).
